We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who process it on our behalf (cloud hosting, storage, and scheduling) under contractual confidentiality.
3. Where data is stored
Contact submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and uploaded files in Cloudflare R2 object storage, both protected with encryption in transit and at rest and access-controlled to authorized EcoGenius personnel only.
4. Data retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to serve the business relationship, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under India's DPDP Act and the EU GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
